MY WAY OF WORKING
Each person is UNIQUE, that’s why my coaching sessions are customised to meet your needs, your goals and your personality.

I use a fluid approach, but I work with a deep, transpersonal Coaching, which does not stop at the issue, but will challenge you to go beyond, to recognise and expand your possibilities.

I will challenge you gently, but firmly, with humour and creativity. My purpose is to work efficiently for you to reach your desired goal. And with a firm belief in your ability to achieve it and be excellent at whatever you set your mind to.

BIOGRAPHICAL SNIPPETS
I have always enjoyed learning and discovering new things, challenging myself, sharing experiences and growing both intellectually and personally. After more than fifteen years in the areas of marketing and communication in multinationals in the health sector at national and international level, I decided to turn my career around and start my independent professional career as a consultant, lawyer and mediator.

Later I decided to change the focus, instead of working “from conflict”, to work with people’s values, motivation and skills, to really achieve substantial changes. Since then, as a Professional Coach, I bring my experience and knowledge to the service of those who want to make a change in their lives, face a challenge, solve a problem, or continue to develop and grow.

I am certified as a Professional Coach and Master Transpersonal Coach, Specialist in Child and Family Coaching and NLP Practitioner. The training I have received is accredited by the most prestigious official coaching organisations at an international level: ICF, ASESCO and the American Association of NLP.

I currently work internationally, sharing my time between Madrid and Munich.
